Which schools do you carry uniforms for?
We currently stock official uniforms for Qatar Academy, Juthoor Early Education Center, and Gulf English School. Browse by school using the "Shop by School" section on our homepage, or use the navigation menu to find your school's collection.
How do I find the right size for my child?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring your child before ordering and comparing against the guide. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort and room to grow. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at support@wearuniformity.com.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery within Doha is 30 QAR. For areas 30 km or more outside Doha, the delivery fee is 50 QAR. Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery through nbox.qa typically takes 1 to 3 business days depending on your location in Qatar.
Can I order uniforms for more than one school in a single order?
Yes. You can add items from multiple school collections to your cart and check out in one order. All items will be delivered together.
Can I exchange an item if the size is wrong?
Yes. Please contact us at support@wearuniformity.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your exchange or refund.
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@wearuniformity.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email. If you need further help tracking your delivery, please contact us at support@wearuniformity.com with your order number.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
How quickly do you respond to messages and emails?
