Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn items in original condition. The uniformity tag must be still on the garment.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and other secure payment methods.

Q: Can I pay cash on delivery?
A: At the moment, unfortunately not. 

Refunds

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We will happily issue a refund within 30 days of recieving the garment in its original condition.

Q: Why is my child's school uniform not on Uniformity?
A: We are currently adding 5 private schools at a time. Don't worry, we're working around the clock to cover all private schools in Qatar.

Q: My children are in a public school, when are you supplying their uniforms?
A: We have a dedicated team that is currently working on this. We'll announce it soon!
