Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Partners
We deliver all orders across Qatar through nbox.qa, our trusted local delivery partner. Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
Inside Doha: 30 QAR flat rate. Areas 30 km or more outside Doha: 50 QAR flat rate. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification with details to follow your delivery. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at support@wearuniformity.com and include your order number.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Uniformity is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
